Who collects your data, what data, and for what purpose?

Your personal data are collected by Awagon Entertainment s.r.o., with its registered office at Luká 145, Slavětín, 783 24, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File No. 63476, Company ID: 04392477.

We collect data that you provide to us (first name, last name, email address, phone number, company position, and any additional details such as a website) when filling out an inquiry form or through other communication channels (email, phone, inquiries via social networks). These data are necessary in order to contact your company, respond to inquiries, provide price quotations, and deliver ordered services.

After an agreement on cooperation is reached, we collect data necessary for issuing invoices (company registration number, VAT number, company name, billing address), as well as email addresses provided for the electronic delivery of invoices.

We also collect data you provide if you wish to work for our company, such as your CV and any additional supporting information.

Where is the data processed and how is it secured?

Data processing takes place within the European Union and is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

Our employees and collaborators are bound by confidentiality obligations, which remain in effect even after the termination of their contractual relationship with us.

How long do we retain your data?

We retain your data for the duration of our cooperation. In the case of submitted CVs, data are retained for the duration of the recruitment process unless agreed otherwise. Inquiry form data are retained for the duration of applicable limitation periods, unless a longer retention period is required by law or stated otherwise in specific cases.

The website vrealmatic.com uses only functional cookies that are necessary for the proper operation of the website. We do not use analytics tools and do not track users in any way.
